At Indocert Inc., your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our training, and we keep our refund policy simple, fair, and generous. If something isn’t right, contact us — we review every request in good faith and lean toward making it right. This Refund Policy applies to our online self-paced training courses.
If you are a resident of Quebec, please refer to our French-language refund policy.
1. When We Issue Refunds
We will issue a refund in any of the following situations:
- Course not accessed: You have not yet accessed the course content and request a refund within 30 days of purchase — full refund.
- Satisfaction guarantee: You are not satisfied with the course for any reason and request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided a certificate has not yet been issued — full refund.
- Technical issues: You experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing or completing the course and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable time — full refund.
- Duplicate or accidental purchase: You were charged more than once for the same course, or purchased a course by mistake — full refund of the duplicate or mistaken purchase.
- Wrong course purchased: You bought the wrong course (for example, the wrong provincial version) — we will refund it or transfer you to the correct course, whichever you prefer.
- Course not as described or content errors: The course materially differs from its description, or contains significant errors — full refund.
- Access not provided: You did not receive access to a course you paid for — full refund.
- Billing or pricing errors: You were charged an incorrect amount — we will refund the difference or the full amount, as applicable.
- Course cancelled or discontinued by us: We cancel, discontinue, or are unable to provide a course you purchased — full refund.
- Personal or medical circumstances: A serious personal or medical situation prevents you from completing the course — we will offer a refund, an extension, or a credit, as you prefer.
- Events beyond anyone’s control (force majeure): If a course cannot be delivered due to events beyond our control (such as natural disasters or pandemics), we will offer you a full refund, a credit, or an extension — your choice.
- Any other reasonable circumstance: If your situation isn’t listed here, contact us anyway. We review every request individually and in good faith, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. One Practical Note
Once a government-approved certificate has been issued to you, the service has been fully delivered, so a cash refund may not be available in that case. Even then, we will still consider genuine exceptional circumstances and may offer a credit — just reach out.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us: Email our customer support team at info@indocert.ca. Please include your order number and course name; a brief reason is helpful but optional.
- Review: We review and process refund requests within 5 business days of receipt and let you know by email.
- Method and timing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
4. Amendments to the Refund Policy
Indocert Inc. may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated by email. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply, and where this policy changes in your favour, we are happy to apply the more generous terms.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects the rights granted to you under applicable consumer protection legislation. Those rights prevail over any inconsistent provision of this policy.
